
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to play badminton, swimming or running because these exercises are good for keep slim and do enough exercise can keep healthy . Other people like to stay healthy by eating metabolism enzym, vitamins and fish oil. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.
For example, I like to play badminton, swimming or running. The reason I like to play badminton is because relieve stress. I also like to swimming because it can increase muscle mass. Finally, I often like to running because it can let me control the weight.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat metabolism enzym, vitamins and fish oil at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat metabolism enzyme is because promote digestion. I also like to eat vitamins because it have vitamin B can necessary to promote the body. Finally, I like to eat fish oil because it have omega 3 can cardiovascular health care.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much instant noodles, sausage or french fries because it’s a high-sodium food.
In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot of healthy food, exercise a lot and avoid eating too much junk food.
